Fresh and bright, the attached bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. The unit includes a mini-refrigerator and freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. THINGS TO KNOW This 229-square-foot studio is part of an older home; you may hear noises from adjacent units. Although this unit is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with the mild summer temperatures at the beach. This prime beachside locale is a half a block from the Amtrak rails and near the 101 freeway, and passing trains may occasionally be heard.
