The Church Street Bungalow at 1907 S Church Street situated in Georgetown's historic district, was built in 1921 as a cozy single-wall construction two bedroom home. As preservationists and lovers of history, we've preserved her original charm including double hung windows, shiplap ceilings, hardwood floors, and her footprint. We’ve thoughtfully updated with modern features including central air and heat, all new electric and plumbing, two new bathrooms, a roomy new kitchen, a laundry room, two spacious bedrooms, and a comfortable living area. You can also relax on the welcoming front porch, complete with official historic plaque bearing her historic name, the Watkins – Dean House.
