Enjoy this beautifully furnished five-bedroom, three-bath canal home with private floating dock and amazing views! Everything’s Gonna Be Alright works well for large families and will comfortably accommodate your group with three bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen, and a main living area on the upper level, with two bedrooms and a bath on the lower level. The lower level has a separate entry with a spacious living area that includes a large-screen smart TV and a Ping-Pong table that would be great for the whole family. The upper level also has a queen pull-out couch! The kitchen has everything you need for meal preparation and also includes a Keurig coffee maker, a blender, and a water filtration system! From your private dock, the canal opens into the ICW. You can watch the sunrise from your beautiful back deck, hammock, or swing! Beach access is a short four-minute walk at the end of the street, along with a general store, a swim shop, and an ice cream parlor! After your day at the beach, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower! Enjoy the bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, or paddleboard and kayak in the canal! No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
