Welcome to @EmeraldBayEscape, a luxurious 1bd/1ba condo, centrally located at Long Beach Resort in the heart of PCB, FL; close to the many great shops, restaurants and activities for all ages. Upon entering, you are immediately hit with the overwhelmingly beautiful Gulf views through the large floor to ceiling panoramic sliding glass doors in both the living room and bedroom. This Tower 1 unit offers the most private and widest balconies on the beach and has new bar height patio furniture and an adjustable, sun lounger. It has been beautifully updated with stainless steel appliances, , white quartz countertops, new front load washer and dryer, new couch with deluxe 6" queen size memory foam mattress, stylish high-top bar stools , plush leather swivel /rocker recliner, and an extremely comfortable king sized bed with premium linens. .We also provide 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and sand toys.
