9th floor studio with spectacular views of Jacksonville and beautiful sunset. Building has 24-hr controlled access, fitness center, laundry room, billiards and internet café downstairs. Evening and weekend security on site. -Walking distance to Court House and Library, downtown concerts, restaurants, and Riverwalk. - 5 Minutes to Baptist MD Anderson Hospital. - 6 min to Wolfson Children. - 5 min to stadium TIAA BANK FIRLD. Free parking from 6pm-8am and weekends on the side of the building

Urbanized area - This downtown area comes with diversity and homelessness are often prevalent, as in many large cities. While booking a stay downtown, be aware of this aspect. However, our building is located in a peaceful area, away from the busy main streets, yet still close to popular attractions that attract visitors from out of town.
