The mid-level will be just the place to gather with loved ones and reminisce as a movie streams on the living room TV, or you can show off your culinary skills in the fully equipped kitchen. A bit of friendly competition will be easy to find in the sunroom featuring a pool table, and a second living area upstairs will keep the kiddos entertained with their own programs. Extra perks include high-speed WiFi, central AC, and a private washer and dryer. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License # THINGS TO KNOW The pool is open from May 1st to November 1st each year. Streaming is available with guests' own accounts. The fireplace is not for guest use. Cotton Patch Hills requires a community fee of 50 dollars per week for reservations between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
