Ben's Bungalow is all about comfort and convenience. The large 3rd bedroom boasts an ultra-comfortable Nectar mattress and a 65" curved screen HDTV. Teleworkers enjoy gigabit wifi, and the back-yard comes pre-stocked with fresh firewood, marshmallow sticks, and a privacy fence ready for making great memories with the fam! The garage, however, is used as owners storage and is not available for use. We have ample parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway.

This is a quiet and tranquil community, and sounds tend to carry quite easily here. Therefore, please be mindful of your volume during your stay. There is a noise detector in the large Bedroom 3 which does not record or transmit audio - it's only function is to report loud noises. There are security cameras on the exterior of the home at the entry, the corners of the house, the front yard, and the back-yard. There are no cameras inside. Please take measures to ensure everyone's safety when enjoying the fire-pit, which must include adult supervision whenever children are present, and use caution with the bed in Bedroom #3. It is a low, Japanese-style bedframe and although it looks and functions great, it is quite possible to bang your shin on the bedframe if you are not careful. Thank you!
