I've worked in the customer service sector for two decades and focus on providing excellence through people, product, and process. My vacation rental properties are specifically selected, to ensure that my guests have valuable experiences at truly unique locations! I work remotely in Southern California and I handle all the electronic and phone communication with our guests. To provide localized support I have a great team, which includes a local Guest Experience Manager, operations, and cleaners. In addition, I spent time in all the properties and have stayed at the majority of them :) A positive guest experience is a passion and I believe that our guests deserve to have great experiences that I hope will last a lifetime! Our Guest Operations team has a combined 20+ years of customer service, operations, and management experience. Our guests are supported both locally in Siesta Key by a Guest Experience Manager, and virtually by your host. In addition to passionate operations professionals, the ownership group is engaged; highly involved in the decor, property improvement, and guest experience. It is not uncommon for our guests to unknowingly bump into or speak with the owners during their vacation :)

This rental is perfect for family and friend gatherings and can accommodate up to 9 guests. On the second floor, you’ll see 2 beds and 2-baths with a spacious floor plan that connects a welcoming living room, a dining room that seats 6, and kitchen. Your dining room contains a large sliding door to a private porch facing Beach Road, perfect for your morning coffee. On the third floor, you’ll find a studio-style space fitted with a bathroom, living space, and kitchen. This space also has a private porch surrounded by palms and a partial beach and ocean view. The units are entered from a second level deck, the two bedroom unit is on the second floor, the studio-suite is up an additional set up stairs to the third floor. The complex offers multiple shared grills, laundry and outdoor sand-showers. The best part about this combined unit offering is the massive front balcony/deck, with outdoor furniture and eating area. The second level doesn't have an ocean view but the beach breeze and ocean smell flows through the balcony and multiple sliding doors into the living and dining areas.
