Situated on the bank of the Tuckasegee River, you can allow the sound of the rushing river waters to soothe you as you kick back in this unique get-away. Complete with two primary suites, modern furnishings, a gas fireplace and outdoor amenities (fire pit, picnic table, propane grill, etc.), this house has everything you’ll need to craft a perfect vacation. This home is an ideal base to visit attractions such as Maggie Valley, Cherokee casino, Gatlinburg & the Nantahala Outdoor Center. Shopping and dining are available in the unique towns of Sylva, Dillsboro, and Waynesville. Take a scenic drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway or take a ride on the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad. Step out your door to go fishing, kayaking, floating down the river. Things to know: Gas log fireplace is only available from October - March. Limited cell service and GPS. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
