Privatna vila je locirana na sami plaži Jambianija, v mirni okolici s prečudovitim pogledom na morje. Primerna za prvovrsten oddih v neokrnjeni naravi. Vila se nahaja na ograjeni parceli velikosti 270 kvadratnih metrov z dvema dohodoma in je fizično varovana. V neposredni bližini sta dve restavraciji, mini market in tržnica s sadjem in zelenjavo.
