It offers a perfect escape into nature – surrounded by forests, meadows and the calming Kozarica stream – while still being an excellent base for exploring the region. The retreat features a comfortable double room with a wardrobe, writing desk and mini fridge. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with the host, always impeccably clean and well equipped (oven, microwave, kettle, stovetop, shower, bidet, hairdryer and toiletries). The space is naturally ventilated, and a fan is provided for additional comfort. Guests have a private entrance, access to the garden with an outdoor dining area, free Wi-Fi, washing machine and private parking on-site. Friendly cats live on the property and may occasionally appear in common areas (they do not enter the guest room). A highlight of the estate is its authentic cultural heritage – a fully functioning watermill and ethnological museum, offering a true insight into traditional Slovenian life. Upon request, guests are welcome to join creative workshops in pottery, woodburning or beehive panel painting, and create their own unique handmade souvenir.
