Welcome to our bright and cozy loft, located on the first floor of a building in industrial zone (zone is busy during day, but very quiet at night). The apartment offers a pleasant ambience with lots of natural light. The open floor plan includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area and a comfortable living area with a sofa bed that can sleep an additional two people. In the sleeping part of the apartment there is a comfortable bed for two for a pleasant rest.
Though the apartment is situated in an industrial zone (zone is busy during day, but very quiet at night), it’s just a quick 7-minute drive or a pleasant 30-minute walk to the city center, where you’ll find a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. This location offers the best of both worlds: a quiet retreat with easy access to the vibrant heart of the city. 1 minute walk from apartment you will find coffee shop and 4 minute walk away fast food and BUS station.
