Objekat je na mirnom mestu u prelepoj prirodi. A udsljeno samo 1,7 km od centra Mionice. Ima veliko dvoriste,bazen,kaffe bar,letnjikovac,vajate. Objekat je u okviru seoskog domacinstva. U okolini se mogu obici dosta znamenitosti. Okolina je pogodna za voznju biciklom,pešačenje. Pravo mesto za odmor i bežanje od svakodnevnice
