Ušuškan apartman (43m²) sa divnom terasom sa koje se može videti sva dešavanja u naselju, na prvom spratu. Svetao i sjajan sa velikim balkonskim vratima .
Želim Vam toplu dobrodošlicu, da se osećate kao kod svoje kuće. Ja takođe volim da putujem i da se osećam lagodno tamo gde odaberem smeštaj.
Nekoliko mini parkova okružuje naselje koje je novo, nekoliko kafea i restorana, frizerski salon, trgovina, blizina Dunava, starog dela Zemuna i keja gde su sva dešavanja u Zemunu.U blizini je sportski centar Zemunelo, Geografski fakultet, viša škola unutrašnjih poslova kao i viša medicinska škola.
