Nice & quiet area. Close to City Center, Sava and Danube rivers and main business area. Studio with visually divided sleeping area with Queen size bed. One large space with kitchen, living room and dining, large terrace with leisure seating and dining space. Enjoy this, serene and beautifully designed space. Fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, one queen size bed (140 x 200) and sofa-bed. Internet, TV, large terrace to enjoy your morning coffee and summer nights. Available free and zoned paid parking in front of the building. Please be aware that during the weekdays working hours (9 - 17) it could be hard to find free of charge parking spot. Paid parking spot could be found relatively easy in front of the building or up to 50 m away. Paid parking is ˜10 EUR/Day or 0.5 EUR/hour. WE CAN HELP WITH PARKING PAYMENTS FOR FOREIGN VISITORS. Last - fifth floor, quiet and cozy. Please be aware that there are no elevators. We can provide help with the luggage. Large grocery store and many street food places few minutes walk away. Located in the centre of New Belgrade offices, Sava river and city centre. Ideal for short and longer stay. Fully furnished, towels, linen included. Famous Novak Djokovic restaurant is 7 minutes walking distance. Danube river bank is 15 minutes away as well as famous shopping center USCE. Many transport options are close by to various parts of the city. To get from the airport should take you 15 minutes and around 25 USD. There is a big parking lot in front of the building that costs 10 USD / day.
