Apartment Stevan is located on the groundfloor of a house, with a separate entrance and an access to the garden. The interior of the apartment has just been renovated. There is a living room with a kitchen and a dining area, two bedrooms (one posseses a double bed and the other one posseses two single beds), a bathroom, a hall and a small storage room. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware and modern appliances. There are clean linens and towels at our guests' disposal, as well as a hair dryer and an ironing equipment. If there is a need, a baby cot is available. A free parking area and WiFi are available too.

Apartment Stevan is located in Pirot, in the most attractive part of the town, Senjak, on a 5 minute walking distance from the town centre, right next to the indoor pool and close to the river Nišava and promenade Kej. On the same street there are supermarkets and restaurants available to our guests, as well as some facilities for relaxation and recreation. The adrenaline park and the children's playground are also available.
