The position is on the first floor, high ground floor, we have our own garage space in the building from where you can reach the apartment by elevator or stairs, orientation of the apartment on the courtyard and parking, without noise and traffic. The apartment has a separate bedroom with TV, living room with TV, equipped kitchen and pantry, bathroom, exit to the balcony, cable TV, Internet WIFI, air conditioning, towels, ......
