Villa Sessions 2 is a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom upstairs apartment with three queen beds. Villa Sessions 1 is also listed on Booking - Please search for "Villa Sessions 1." “Villa Sessions” is a multi level house that is set up as two self-sufficient apartments. These apartments can be rented individually, or combined together with the lockable stairwell tower. The functionality of Villa Sessions makes it the perfect accommodation for small to larger sized groups looking for appropriate sized accommodations and the ability to have your own private spaces. Each apartment in Villa Sessions features a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, drip style coffeemaker, pots, pans, and utensils. A covered balcony with comfortable deck furniture makes for great conversation and mealtime gatherings. Sheets, blankets, pillows and inside towels are also provided. Please do bring your own beach towels or buy a souvenir towel in Puerto Rico. Weekly cleaning services are available for a nominal fee. Wi-Fi Internet and a Weber Propane Grill are also included with rental. Villa Sessions has A/C units and ceiling fans. Villa Sessions has gated parking for up to 3 vehicles with concrete parking surface and beautiful landscaping. Other amenities include onsite washer/dryer, outdoor shower and Bermuda grass lawn. Villa Montana Beach Resort is located within walking distance of Villa Sessions, with a full service restaurant and spa that is open to the public. This is a great location for families who love the water... surfing, kiteboarding, foiling, wing foiling, standup paddle boarding, windsurfing and snorkeling/diving are just a short walk from Villa Sessions and there are many more locations within driving distance.
