This, in my humble opinion, is the best building, on the best street in the best neighborhood in Condado. This because its location is central, and at the same time not in the middle of things. It’s straddles the line between what is Condado’s main tourist district, with its bars, restaurants, hotels, casinos, etc…and the Santurce area, particularly surrounding Loiza street, with its varied culinary options, art, music, etc. There are museums, historical sites including Viejo San Juan all within walking distance, not to mention the city’s most popular beach half a block away! Everything is within walking distance! It’s safe to move around,! 10 minutes drive from the airport! Super accessible ground transportation! Uber , taxis , buses, bikes, scooters! Half a block from the San Juan’s most popular beach and an ocean front public park frequented by the local community!Two blocks from a 24 hour supermarket, pharmacies and convenience stores literally around the corner!
