Located right in the heart of Quezon City, The Grass Residences is a resort-themed complex with varieties of amenities to choose from: 6 pools, basketball courts, badminton courts, fitness gym. It is superbly located in a BREEZY complex with a private bridgeway to MALLS, commercial & transportation hubs. SM North Mall, one of the biggest in the country, is directly connected to the complex via an exclusive bridgeway. Guests and residents get instant access to all the good things offered in the lifestyle district. Within your reach are over 800 retail shops, over 200 restaurant and dining options,12 cinemas including an IMAX theatre. Or relax in the comfort of your balcony and enjoy your time with family/friends. Walk around, lounge and read a book beside the pools in our own "central park" where Grass is lush and green. You will not run out of things to do for sure! Please note that our units are privately run and not connected with SMDC nor the Condo Property Management.

Hospitality is closest to my heart. I traveled for work in my earlier years until I decided to be in more control and go in business. Being in service is where I am passionate about. I am happy to welcome people in our home and in some way be part of an enriching and memorable bonding experience among families and friends.

✔ Malls within walking distance: — SM North Mall, one of the biggest in the country — SM Annex — On the other side of SM North (opposite Grass) is another mall called Trinoma and Landmark — There is another Ayala Mall a few meters away from Trinoma/Landmark ✔ There are also mini stores and a number of food businesses sprouting within the condo complex if you do not feel like going out. With the newly opened phases, Tower 4 & 5, came a new commercial strip with a bank, massage/spa, food outlets, and laundry shops right inside the complex. The nearest 24/7 7-11 convenience store is about 200 meters from Gate 1 (ground floor of SM North mall) Looking to shop, dine and have a good time? This is everything in one area!
