Just a 12-minute motorbike ride away from the bustling heart of Siargao’s surf town General Luna, this slice of paradise offers the best of both worlds: easy access to the island’s beating pulse and a quick and peaceful respite surrounded by nature with its surf spots Stimpys, Rock Island and Philippine Deep in front. Our villa invites you to experience contemporary living, merging environmental sustainability, practical innovation and detailed craftsmanship. Our A-frame structure is built with locally sourced bamboo and coconut lumber, all treated by OCCO Living.

Nestled in a 2,200 square-meter fenced property just 100 steps away from the beach, offering simplicity and elegance – ideal for mindful and sophisticated travelers seeking privacy and comfort in aesthetically pleasing living spaces. Whether you’re taking a peaceful morning walk or unwinding as the sun dips below the horizon, we’ve got them both. Wake up each morning to a view of verdant tropical foliage with your own front terrace with a stunning garden view, and lounge on two plush daybed sofas while enjoying the sunlight and island breeze. Retire for the evening and get a peaceful rest in a king-sized bed on the open upper floor. Important notes: Please be aware that our wooden staircase leading to the bedroom floor is quite steep. We recommend taking extra care when using it, especially if you’re carrying items or if the lighting is dim. Hold onto the railing for support. For any concerns, please reach out for help and will assist you. For environmental reasons, we do not operate with generators during unannounced and announced power cut-offs; our bamboo villa is designed and built for the tropical climate, ensuring cool air circulation in our year-round summer temps. Meanwhile, our 8-meter bamboo water tower ensures you will have access to water at all times, providing you with continued comfort and convenience.
