El Eureka Lodge se encuentra en el centro de la localidad de Ollantaytambo, a solo 15 metros del principal lugar de interés turístico de la ciudad y a 8 minutos a pie de la estación de tren a Machupicchu. Ofrece habitaciones con vistas al jardín de flores y al yacimiento arqueológico de Ollantaytambo. Las habitaciones del Eureka Lodge tienen mantas decorativas tejidas a mano y suelos clásicos de madera. Todas cuentan con baño privado y algunas tienen grandes ventanas que permiten la entrada de mucha luz natural. El mostrador de información turística puede organizar visitas guiadas y excursiones de senderismo de varios días por la región. El restaurante cuenta con originales paredes de piedra inca y bancos de madera, y sirve cocina original. Todos los días se sirve un delicioso desayuno con zumo natural de naranja natural, tostadas y mermeladas. El Eureka Lodge dispone de sala de estar con TV y recepción 24 horas. También hay una sala de lavandería, disponible por un suplemento.
