A rare fusion of heritage charm and contemporary elegance. Meticulously styled and presented. Inside, light-filled open-plan living flows seamlessly between kitchen, dining, and lounge, creating an effortless space for both daily life and refined entertaining. Upstairs, three beautifully proportioned bedrooms are accompanied by a striking tiled bathroom, while custom-made wooden shutters frame each window with timeless grace — an architectural detail reminiscent of classic Victorian terraces.
We are a local couple that own a backpackers in town with extensive knowledge of Dunedin and its surrounds. We look forward to hosting all sorts of travellers and are always willing to help.
Centrally located, minutes walk to the heart of Dunedin and its nightlife and restaurants.
