You will have this sunny, spacious, 2 level townhouse situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the residential Meadowstone area all to yourselves. This area is the most sunniest and sheltered in Wanaka. Includes a large kitchen, bathroom, open dining room/lounge and sheltered outdoor dining area. Free car parking, 5 minutes walk to the lake and 20 minutes to town. The Queen bedroom is upstairs, and the living area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom are downstairs. The house has new carpet, double glazing and maintained gardens. We ask that all of our guests are respectful of the owners personal home and property, and to keep noise at a minimum as the neighbors are elderly residents. ** Please note this is a private home and not a hotel, the furnishings are the owners personal possessions and daily servicing is not included.

I am a Wanaka local, and you can find me snowboarding, kayaking, mountain biking and rock climbing in and around this amazing region. I have opened up my beautiful home and welcomed hundreds of guests over the past 2 years on air bnb. The house is located in a very quiet residential area, close to the lake and surrounded by trees, birdlife and sheep in the paddocks behind. The famous 'Wanaka Tree' is just a 5 minute walk, and Roys Peak walking track is only a 5 minute drive to the carpark. An easy 15 minute walk along the lakefront will lead you to the centre of town.
