Ocean Serenity offers luxurious, spacious apartments ideally located one block from Buffalo Beach and only 2 minute walk to the many restaurants, bars & shops in Whitianga. Ocean Serenity is a boutique, personalised property with year-round heated swimming pool, tennis court and children's playground for your enjoyment. Your hosts are there to assist you by sharing their local knowledge and passion of the Coromandel Region and make sure your experience is second to none. Arrivals are accepted right next door at Watefront Apartments (2 Buffalo Beach Road) between 2.00-6.30pm. Late arrivals by pre-arrangement only. Come and visit the jewel in the crown of the Coromandel area, the perfect place to base yourself from whether you are coming to enjoy The Lost Spring, right next door (Ocean Serenity guests have a shortcut access), tour Hot Water Beach and Cathedral Cove or any of the many other activities available or just relax and enjoy the surroundings, Ocean Serenity is the place to be!
We love the Coromandel and all the wonderful things the area has to offer. Whether it be bush walks, dining out, soaking in the hot pools, time at the beach or out on the ocean. There is so much to do and see for those keen to get amongst it. We're so close to all the best the peninsular has to offer. Please ask us for ideas and tips on how to adventure or relax.
There are a number of activities in Whitianga and the surrounding area such as tour to Cathedaral Cove (with Ocean Leopard or Glass Bottom boat just to name a couple operators), dig your own "spa" at Hot Water Beach (less than 45 minute drive away), The Lost Spring is within walking distance and guests that stay with us have private access, over 15 restaurants and shops all within 2-5 minute walk, fishing, diving, golf, Whiti farm, Coromandel Driving Creek Railway, the Fun Zone for adventure (family park), bush walks and the list goes on & on..
