The home offers a flexible and comfortable bed configuration to suit a range of guests: the master bedroom features a California King bed with garden views and its own deck; Bedroom 2 includes a King bed; Bedroom 3 has a Super King bed (or can be arranged as 2x Single beds by early request); and Bedroom 4 is fitted with a King Single bed along with a Single Trundler bed, also available by early request. **NOTE: No party or venue use. No smoking. By special written permission outdoor pets may be allowed - please contact us with details of your pet. Special terms and a pet fee will apply. Swimming pool - The pool is heated between December & April, when the weather is warmer and the days are longer. The actual water temperature will be subject to weather conditions. Outside of the 'swimming months', the heating is ineffective and will not be operated. Please note, use of the swimming pool is not permitted after 10pm due to local regulations & the proximity of neighbouring properties that may be affected by noise. **BOND REQUIREMENT - Credit card details and an authority to charge are required as a bond prior to the commencement of your stay. The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival. By proceeding with this booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge the credit card provided at time of the booking for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear. The Accommodation Provider may seek affirmation of your agreement with this policy and re-submission of card details where necessary.

In the heart of Mapua Village, a short 5-minute walk to iconic Mapua Wharf and the Great Taste Trail (for cycling and walking adventures). 10 minutes’ walk to the beach and local restaurants and cafes. Nelson is a 30-minute drive; averaging 40 minutes to the Abel Tasman Nat'l Park. Close to the Nelson Lakes District for hiking and mountain experience. Golden Bay is an hour drive.
