The property has Five service apartments, each with its own identity. All units come with Attached Bathrooms, Individual Water Heater, Fully Furnished. 1st Floor - Green Door apartment boasts natural wood interior. 2nd Floor - Blue Door apartment has a very modern Western design. 4th Floor - Modern Industrial Apartment. 5th Floor - BOHO style Industrial Apartment. 6th Floor - Cozy Loft overseeing entire Kathmandu Valley. Services include housekeeping, internet, laundry services.
I am an expat currently living in Nepal. I spent 13 years in California where I graduated from Saint Mary's College of California. My apartment is run by my wife and I. We are committed to providing previous service apartment for our guests.
This is a quieter neighborhood on the northern end of Thamel, just five minutes walk from the busy downtown Thamel bars and pubs. Our building is surrounded by restaurants offering a wide variety of food options nearby.
