The fine print
Upon check-in, we ask for a copy of your credit card. We won't charge you, but we do need to -pre-authorize a deposit of €50,00 per room, per night to cover any charges made during your stay. Guests without a credit card will be asked to present a valid ID and to pay a deposit of €100,00 per room, per night. Of course, deposits will be refunded upon check-out if no charges were made.
Please note that breakfast is not included in the price in certain rate types. In these cases, breakfast has to be booked separately against a charge.
Breakfast is free of charge for children up until 2 years old (including) and children between 3 and 11 years old (including) receive a 50% discount. From 12 years on the breakfast price is equal to that of an adult.
Please note that children up to 2 years old can stay in a baby cot or in existing bedding. Please note that this is based upon availability and needs to be requested. Children from 3 years old need to stay in existing bedding. There is no space for extra beds in any room types. The maximum occupancy per room is 2 persons (either 2 adults, or 1 adult and 1 child) except for in the Residence Suite which fits a maximum occupancy of 4 persons.
When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Please note that there is no possibility for placing an extra bed in the following rooms: Deluxe Twin Room, Double Room, Suite and Deluxe Double Room.
