B&B Weids is centrally located in the Netherlands, about 30 km East of the city Utrecht. The house is close to the river Rhine. Because the house is build on a hill, standing meters higher, is has a beautiful wide (WEIDS) view over the floodplains and the river. The B&B has three light, spacious suites with a bedroom, living room and private bathroom. In each suite you can enjoy the view. We live on the ground floor. You have your own entrance to the upper floors so you are free to come and go. You can safely park your car on the property. Bicycles can be stored in the garage.

B&B Weids is a dream come true. The house with the typical Amsterdam step gable was build in the fifties. For decennia a family with 13 children lived here. We fell in love with the panoramic view and the unique house and bought the house in 2014. It took us several years to renovate and expand the house with a sunny conservatory extension. The three B&B suites were part of the renovation and are colorful and light. We enjoy facilitating your stay here. Cooking is my hobby so an extensive breakfast with local and home made products is served. A pleasant start of the day. In summertime you can enjoy breakfast in the garden. And we are glad to share with you our knowledge of this area: the events, restaurants, musea, gardens, trails or children's activities. You are very welcome. Our area, in the center of the Netherlands has a lot to offer for people exploring the Dutch countryside. There are a lot of cycling and hiking trails. You can hike the hilly Utrechtse Heuvelrug with forests and heather, deer, galloway cows and koniks horses. Or - with the ferry you can see from the house - hike the Betuwe, the Dutch fruit gardens; the place to be in springtime. And last but not least: B&B Weids is also close to the area of the "Dyke and River land". The unique area where the broad Dutch rivers dominate the landscape and trails bring you to the dykes, ferries, bridges and floodplains. B&B Weids is also a luxury stopover for a number of long-distance walks. Enjoying culture? Old villages with picturesque marketplaces, terraces and restaurants are all over the place. Visit the historic university-city of Utrecht. Closer the many castles and manors, which will take you back to the turbulent history of this area. Art gallery Het Depot and the famous Kröller-Muller outdoor-museum are nearby too. Or visit the Airborne-museum with elaborate information on the allied operation known as Market Garden.
