We own and manage the Serviced apartment complex and also reside within the same community so we are always available at your beck and call at all times of the day. I give my guests all the neccessary space and privacy that they need but i and my staff are always available when needed Our apartment complex provides 24 hour, round the clock electricity, water and security which are second to none. Our Apartments are grand and classy and are furnished with serious thought and attention to details to make you feel totally at home. Upon arrival, guests will also need to provide us with a photocopy of any valid means of identification. A photocopy can be made using the hosts printer at no cost to the guest. Guests also need to provide us with the details of an in-country contact person who can be reached in the event of an emergency There is daily room service in which someone would attend to the room daily, clean it except on Sundays on which room service may be occassional. Laundry is also free but does not in any way include ironing. Guests can iron their own clothes at the ironing area upstairs by themselves or can have one of the members of staff iron for them at the cost of 100 Naira per clothing unit. The apartment complex relies primarily on a solar inverter power supply system which powers the following appliances in the apartment 24 hrs a day. These are the lightings, the ceiling fans, the televisions, in-room Dstv / Gotv decoders, laptop charging points and phone charging docks as well as the refrigerators. Heavy appliances like the Air-conditioners, microwave ovens, electric kettle and central water heater rely on power supply from the government mains which is available on average of 12 hours a day especially over the night and during the day Our wifi internet is complimentary and is not unlimited. We give guests 1gb of data per day per room which is often split into 2 equal parts of 1.5gb each for the minimum 3-nights stays.

The neighborhood is very serene and close to the major bus stop which is just a minute walk away. The apartment complex is easily accessible by all forms of transportation and delivery services to residents staying at the building are very prompt and efficient. Its location within the community directly opposite the University of Ibadan and it is centrally located and easy to commute to and from while navigating all parts of the city of Ibadan. If you do not have your own personal car, Uber-Like car and motorcycle services are available on request through your phone apps. Its very easy to also access all other forms of public transportation once you walk down to the junction of the apartment complex or to the bus stop closeby.
