Situated on a sought-after housing estate in Ponta Mamoli in Southern Mozambique. This home is in the beachfront row of houses and has a walkway leading from the swimming pool down onto the beach. The famous Fredericos snorkeling spot is situated a mere 5-minute walk down the beach from this house. This house boasts 4 spacious en suite bedrooms, of which two are sea facing and two are garden facing. The entire house has sliding gauze. Comfortably sleeping 8 adults and 4 kids under 12. All bedrooms are airconditioned and also have ceiling fans. Lock up safes in each room. The open plan kitchen, dining room, lounge, and inside bar area overlook the swimming pool and ocean and open onto an outside lounging area. The house is fully equipped for self-catering and has staff daily to clean up. The kitchen is equipped with 2 drink fridges, 2 double door fridges/freezers, 1 chest freezer, a washing machine, and a gas hob and oven. The outside has a Weber braai and a stainless steel wood/charcoal braai. The staff can set up a gazebo and camping chairs on the beach for you.
