Conveniently located nearby Bazaar8, Pasar Presint 8, Ayer 8, Taman Botani, Taman Saujana Hijau, Putra Mosque, Putra Bridge, Seri Wawasan Bridge, Gemilang Bridge, China-Malaysia Friendship Garden, Millennium Monument, Cruise Tasik, Wetlands Park! Amazing day and night view, nature sound - wind, birds, insects.

It's a very quiet and natural place and the people who live here are very friendly and peaceful. Let us take care of our surroundings, be kind and peaceful to those around us, love this apartment, turn down the volume between 09:00 pm and 07:00 am and fill our lives with beautiful memories. Guests are able to access Gardens, Swimming pools, badminton courts, football fields, and lakeside parks. And three bicycles are provided, you can go to most places in Putrajaya. Please note: All food in Putrajaya must be halal. Alcohol-free. Smoking is only allowed outside the lobby on the first floor.
