Lovely small house ideal for a couple or 4 people with all the services you may requiere either you go on holiday or you may need an space to work. Within 5 minutes walk you will be at the beach, it is located near to a mall, WTC, banks and supermarkets, stores and laundromat.
I will not be there but can reach by phone at anytime.
Neighborhood is very calm and secure, you can park your car outside the premises.
