5 key points that distinguish our villa from others : 1. 24/7 security guard on the premises ALONG WITH camera surveillance. 2. PRIM 29 is of 204 m2 while most villas in the region are of about 100 m2. Our villa comprises ground floor + 2 storeys which is extremely rare as other accomodations consist only of ground + first floor. 3. Our tv is suscribed with My.t to provide guest with utmost entertainment during their stay at PRIM 29. 4. The villa is equipped with 3 TOILETS, 3 WASH BASINS AND 2 BATHROOMS compared to most other villas providing only up to 2 toilets. 5. The swimming pool is one of THE LARGEST IN FLIC EN FLAC.

Want a large(because it is extremely rarer to find a villa of 204 m2 at such low cost), cosy and clean accommodation during your stay in Mauritus in a well secured complex( 24/7 security guard + camera surveillance) with one of the largest swimming pool in Flic en Flac, if not THE largest pool in Flic en flac surrounded by an impressive luxuriant garden supplemented by tennis/squash court, close to all amenities and most importantly to the beach all at an affordable price? PRIM 29 would be a brilliantly marvellous and tremendously well-thought idea. We're enthusiastic to meet and host people from all corners of the world in our villa. Please note the following: 1. We do provide CLEANING SERVICES against an ADDITIONAL CHARGE. 2. Check-in and check-out might be carried out AT TIMES OTHER THAN the times set for check-in/out upon guests' request. 3. We can arrange for tours, transport and air shuttle upon guests' request against an additional charge
