Located on the west coast and 5 minutes' walk from the Flic-en-Flac public beach, Beau Seaside Villa is a detached villa with a small garden having 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms. It offers self-catering accommodation with TV, radio/cd player , a safe and washing machine. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a microwave, a cooker with oven, extractor, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, cooking utensils etc. The bathroom also comes with a bath and shower and a hairdryer. There is also an open air shower. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. Also available is free secured parking within the compound, barbecue facilities and towels. The property is well situated in a prime residential area and all attraction places are not far from the site. NOTE: MINIMUM RESERVATION IS FOR 7 ( Seven ) CONSECUTIVE DAYS.
The owner lives only a few kms away from the site and can be contacted on a 24 hour basis through his mobile phone . I shall be pleased to assist and help if guests need my help or advice in making their stay memorable. Advising on tourist attractions and places to visit. I can also organise transport facility for touring round the island, trekking, mountain climbing, site seeing, scuba diving, walk under the sea, night clubs etc. The villa was built by the owner in 2010 as a secondary house for himself but is being now rented since 2015 . It has all the necessary comfort and amenities as detailed. (Please refer to room and amenities details)
A number of restaurants serving Creole and other international cuisines can be found within 250 m from the Villa along the beachfront. The nearby beaches provide many water sports activities such as snorkeling and sailing. Alternatively, guests can go hiking, horse riding or on safari in Casela Nature and Leisure Park ( 5 km). A shuttle can be arranged from the Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport which is 49 km, a 50-minute drive away. Port Louis is 25 km from the property, Grand Baie is 38 km, while Trou aux Biches is 33 km.
