Upon entering, our guests are welcomed with a beautiful living area, with massive COMFORTABLE sofa and a fully equipped kitchen (Equipped for both short and long term rentals) and a dining area. Also included, is access to a PRIVATE terrace with outdoor furniture and amazing views of VILLA BOLOGNA. Access to San Anton garden 2mins by walk. WIFI INC

Ħ'Attard, Malta The apartment is situated in ATTARD, just in front of villa Bologna ! This is one of the most beautiful areas locally, and is perfect for both SHORT and LONG term rentals. The apartment has all the amenities you would require within walking distance, such as convenience shops, restaurants and even coffee shops. Also another amazing thing is how close is the San Anton gardens is to the apartment, just down the road, which is perfect especially for morning jogs or just visiting to relax and unwind. Getting around The apartment is situated in CENTRAL ATTARD, having the bus stop just round the corner makes it very easy to go around Malta. - Parking is available around the area (subject to availability) making it perfect if you want to rent a car.
