Duplex house on the bastions with Seaview and steps leading directly to the sea by the entrance of the house.
There is an open plan kitchen living area with dining table and chairs and 2 sofas, there is a TV with netflix you can turn round to face the sofa.
There is a main bedroom has a double bed and is ensuite, TV with netflix, balcony with sea view. You can enjoy the view from your bed.
The spare room has a double bed and bathroom with a toilet. Room has a fan.
The place is a few minutes walk from the main square in birgu where you can find lots of cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, post office, grocery ect.
The place has secret stairs in front of the house embedded in the bastion wall which you can walk down and take a dip in the sea or keep walking round the Birgu Marina.
The house is also a 5/10 minute walk from the bus stop and from the boat ferry stop to the beautiful Capital city of Valletta.
Brand new on the market.
2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a Seaview balcony.
Road is pedestrian on the bastions. Great for boat and bird watching.
You will not find a more peaceful location in the whole of Malta.
