The house is conveniently situated near Soho City, Topolica sport center, and the sea promenade. It is a lovely and quiet location with easy access to all of Bar on foot. There is a free parking lot just 100m away from the building. The pool is currently available for 12 euro for 2 persons (set of a sun ambrella and 2 sunbeds) per day. A large Aroma grocery store is only an 8-minute walk away. There is a free parking area close to Soho city and just 100m away from the building. There is also a nice restaurant at Soho and another caffe nearby. Right next to the house there is a restaurant with a buffet menu for breakfasts, luanch and dinners. The main seaside promenade is 5 minutes away by foot, restaurants and shops of the city center are in 10 mins away walking distance. Big Aroma supermarket is 8 mins away and a smaller grocery shop is 5 mins away. Everything is convenient and accessible in this spot.
