As the owner of this charming guesthouse, I’m also a professional photographer and rock-climbing enthusiast based in the stunning Todra Gorge. My father, Ibrahim, is the heart and soul of Dar Tiwira. He speaks French and is passionate about learning from the diverse cultures and nationalities of our guests.
Ibrahim is deeply knowledgeable about the Todgha region and has a love for discovering and collecting antiques from the Atlas Mountains during his travels. His warm hospitality and local expertise will make your stay an unforgettable experience.

Dar Tiwira is situated in the last village before the entrance to the stunning Todra Gorges, nestled on the bank of a dry wadi and surrounded by majestic red ocher cliffs. Located away from the main road, it offers a peaceful and quiet environment, perfect for those seeking relaxation in nature.
A 15-minute walk will bring you to the heart of the gorges, while private parking in front of the house ensures easy access via a small track suitable for all types of cars and motorcycles. The location is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, offering excellent opportunities for hiking and cycling. Todra Gorge is renowned for climbing, mountaineering, and via ferrata – the only one of its kind in Africa. Guests can explore these activities on their own or with the help of qualified local guides.
