“Хороший контакт с арендатором… чистота… все есть( кастрюли, сковородка все что надо ,даже масло для жарки, кофе,) близко магазины…близко до трамвая, автобуса…рядом много кафе и суши бары … через bolt быстро …. Удобно с парковкой… и вообще спасибо”
