Bell House is a duplex house which means two house separate houses in one house. Owner lives on the ground floor, and whole first floor is the guesthouse. What is the most important thing when you stay in a hotel or guesthouse? Bell House owner think beds are the main thing as anaccomodation. 2023, owner changed all matresses to Sarta, Sheally, Simmons bed, and France bed. For guests, she wants to offer the best sleep. Bell House is not far from the nearest station. Only 3 mins walk if you are a man. And from the station to Shinjuku Station by train takes only 13 mins. Area is residential. Very quiet and safe even after midnight. Bell House also offers a special service for busy tourists. Owner wash and dry your clothes if you are bust all day. It's a free service. Not like a profesional but it saves your time. Bell House is a guesthouse with 3 private bedrooms and shared facilities. Some people don't want to share bathroom and toilet. For those people who love to stay private, Bell House started one room apartment type room in the next building. These are Raffoler 101 and 102.(ラフォレ101・102). They are both one room with a high double bed. You have a washing machine closet and and bathroom with dryer system. No need to go to coin laundry. If you hesitate of sharing a house with other guests, check Raffoler.

Before I write this, I'm sure tourists know much more than I do. So I just say this area is close to Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ikebukuro, Shimokitazawa, and Kichijoji. Around Bell House and Raffoler, there are some comvenience stores, supermarkets, izakaya, fastfood shops..maybe enough to live. They are located within 5 mins walk. Inside Tokyo, there's less than 1km to the next station. You can walk. On the way to the station you can find a rental cycle. About 300 yen/per day.
