The property for exclusive use is located in a hilly position with splendid views of the surrounding countryside and the woods, just 8 km from Monte San Savino. The outdoor area is characterized by a huge, all fenced and very well-kept garden of 50000 sq mt made up of lawns, cypresses, olive trees and plants of all kinds. The rectangular swimming pool, fenced and illuminated, is very panoramic (measures: 15x6 meters - 1.55 m. depth) and is located right in front of the house. Furthermore, guests can take advantage of a beautiful equipped and covered loggia, perfect for dining outdoor even in case of bad weather, 2 stone-work barbecues, an outdoor sink, comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas, a table tennis, a fantastic outdoor hydromassage tub. The villa (520 sq mt) is on 2 levels. On the gr. floor, the main entrance opens onto the living room with direct outdoor access, while on the left, there is access to a spacious dining area with sofas and direct outdoor access, a beautiful equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower (1 with direct outdoor access), a second kitchen and a beautiful glazed veranda that can be used as a dining room with outdoor access. 2 staircases lead to the 1st floor, with 6 double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower. In the Annex (120 sq mt): living room, kitchen corner and dining area with outdoor access, 3 double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are equipped with TV, small refrigerator and safe. The whole villa is provided with air conditioning and mosquito nets, central heating, wi fi, courtesy set and hairdryer in each bathroom, 5 baby beds, 5 high chairs. The price includes the supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen (changed weekly), utilities (NOT air conditioning EUR 300/week, and heating EUR 55/day). Dinners and domestic help upon request. In case of blackout an electric generator is available in the property. The property can be reached via 1.5 km of dirt road

The property is located in a great starting point for excursions to discover gastronomy and typical products, as well as the numerous small villages and monasteries of the Casentino (such as La Verna and Camaldoli), and the entire Valdarno area.
