Casa Fiori Chiari is a charming 40 sqm one-bedroom apartment located at VIA GIOBERTI 3, perfect for short stays or romantic getaways in Sanremo. Just 100m from the Ariston Theatre, 50m from the cinema, 200m from the Casino, and 250m from the beaches, it offers an ideal central location for exploring the city. With a private entrance, elevator, free Wi-Fi, and complimentary coffee, it’s also suitable for families. The coastal bike path starts just 100m away, making every trip convenient and fast.

The building is located on the corner of Via Matteotti and Via Gioberti. The latter is the queen of Sanremo’s streets—a beautiful pedestrian avenue stretching from the ARISTON Theatre to the Casino, lined with exclusive shops, famous designer brands, cafés, and gelaterias. The sea, the port, and Corso Mombello are just 80 meters away, while the nightlife area is 150 meters away. The neighborhood is lively during the day but very quiet at night, as there are no nightclubs with loud music, and the triple-glazed windows ensure peace and quiet. The bus stop is 50 meters away, and the taxi stand is 70 meters away. If you arrive by train, the station is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. If you’re flying, Nice Airport is 56 km away. As for parking, there are paid spots just 100 meters away, or if you’re lucky, free spaces marked with white lines.
