Terramata resort is the result of all our family experience over the years building high quality houses. We used that experience to create an oasi close to the Mediterranean sea , in the characteristic village of Santo Stefano al mare . 5 apartments with full view of the sea are created inside an ancient Villa in provincial style completely reconstructed , con century trees in the garden. Then we have build 4 modern style apartments with full view to the see with huge windows. All in the same property . There are also common spaces, one inside with soccer table, billiard and ping pong, and in a part of the garden we have created a fish pond with a play ground for young children .There is also an outside sun shower for our guests. All the apartments are fully equipped , with air conditioning ,measured made kitchens with dish washer, oven , fridge and freezer, all that’s necessary to cook and a washing machine and hair dryer in the bathroom. All the apartments have a terrace or garden with plein view of the sea with the possibility to eat outside and 2 deckchairs at apartment There is a private parking with video surveillance and recharge electric vehicles
