Embracing eco-friendly fifty-five sq mt apartment located in Genzano di Roma, 20km south of Rome, in the heart of the “Castelli Romani park”. Only 15km from Ciampino airport and 45km from Fiumicino airport, will offer you a peaceful rest experience following the numerous activities available in the area. (sightseeing, hiking and mountain bike, golf…) Developed in the basement floor of a villa accessible via an independent entrance, equipped with a new efficient and quite air-conditioning system, the living area offers a three seats bed sofa (accommodating 1 extra guest for sleeping) and smart 55” 4K TV ideal for relax after a busy day of exploration. A fully furnished kitchen with modern appliances and kitchenware is provided to fulfil your culinary needs. The wide king-size bedroom will guarantee you a restful and silent sleep as well as an easy storage of all your belongings. The spacious bathroom has a big shower (120cmX80cm) and all the amenities you may need. Internet is available for free. Electric cars recharging station is available, price and usage to be agreed with the Host.
