Our facility, which reflects the typical Tuscan farmhouse, was recently restructured in order to create apartments. We have recently built an open-air swimming pool with salt water. We have common areas, Finnish sauna, hot tub and tanning salon for our guests. The hot water used for heating and sanitation comes from a biomass heating plant. Moreover, we will soon have a facility for the generation of power from renewable sources.

Our facility is located in the middle of the Svizzera Pesciatina, a mountain area of the Tuscan-Emilian Appenines, which owes her name to Jean Charles Léonard Sismonde de Sismondi, a historian and writer from Geneva who fell in love with this area because it used to remind him of his beloved homeland. We are about 10 kilometers away from the 10 Castella (The Ten Castles), which are typical mountain villages: Pietrabuona, Vellano, Sorana, Castelvecchio, San Quirico, Aramo, Stiappa, Pontito, Fibbialla and Medicina. We are 10 minutes walk from Piazza Mazzini, the main square of Pescia. We are only 5 kilometers away from Collodi, home of Pinocchio, with its famous Garzoni Garden and the Butterfly House. Our facility is 3 kilometers away from the train station where you can take the train to Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Viareggio and Montecatini Terme (only 10 kilometers away). Moreover, you can easily reach the highway A11, only 10 minutes away by car. Our facility, in the middle of the marvellous Tuscany's nature, is located at the heart of the famous Wine and Olive Oil roads.
