"Piazza Cavour Lake View" is a large and bright apartment that overlooks the central square and the lake of Como. The large windows allow you to enjoy the lake view and the bustling life of the Piazza at your feet: just wonderful! The apartment is elegantly furnished in Venetian style. It can accommodate up to 7 people – there are two double bedrooms, one bedroom with a single bed, and a double sofa bed in the large living area. This apartment is perfect for families, groups of friends, or business travelers. You will have access to the whole apartment. The apartment is on the 4th floor. There is an elevator in the building, but you will have to climb a dozen steps before. If needed, the elevator can be reached via a second entrance without stairs. The historical center of Como is mainly a pedestrian area, and there is no private parking at the property. In Viale Varese or In Viale Lecco, about 400 meters from the apartment, you can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time from 8 AM to 8 PM. Pay at the machine and get the ticket to be put on the dashboard inside your car, or use the “EasyPark” app. There are also paid parking garages nearby: “JASCA” in nearby Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, “VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, and “TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.

The property is in the historic center of Como – a lively area with modern bars, restaurants, and shops as well as historical churches and buildings. In high season, expect the streets and Piazza Cavour to be busy all day long. In winter, it is usually quieter.
