This beautiful house in a quite residential area offers you a large sea view garden (100mq) where you can leave your bikes for free. The access to the garden is independent and via a staircase (about 1 floor dowstep), secured by a gate. The garden is equipped with a 10-seater table, umbrella, sun loungers and has a sea view, beautiful trees and flowers. Private car parking is 100 meters away (upon reservation, for a fee of 15euros daily). The house has just been renovated, equipped with all comforts (dishwashers, washing machine, kitchen, oven, kettle, microwave, cafe machine, AC, TV, WIFI, mosquito nets), a private room with king size bed and a additional king size sofa bed in the living room. It is 1,5 km from Recco train station, bus stop 150 meters away. Supermarkets in Recco at 500 metres away. beach and cliff about 500m aeay. Wonderful villages of Camogli is a 30-minute walk away, Santa Margerita, Portofino a 20-minute drive. The Cinque Terre is 1 and twenty hours away by car or train. There are many cycle paths and trekking routes around, see on WEB Golfo del Tigullio

Enrico is the owner of this nice house, he uses it regulary, when it's free he likes to have guests. Enrico likes to travel everywhere and knows very well the importance of a nice, clean and confortable place where there is everithing you need to enjoy you staying

The residential area is very beautyful and quite, with a worderful sea view and promontory of Portofino. Recco City is about 500 metres away.
