Check-in is done in Self mode, with safety deposit box and code.The apartments of Casa Modulare are located in Via Veterani, a characteristic artery of the Old Town, in a central position between the splendid beach of Porto Vecchio (80 meters from the suggestive ancient Molo, a place where in 1988 an unforgettable scene of the Italian cinema masterpiece by G. Tornatore, Nuovo Cinema Paradiso), and the axis of Corso Ruggero leading to the Cathedral. Feel like at home in a space, with your comfort, with all your needs, during your stay. Here the details make the difference: Quality mattresses (single and double); LG washer-dryer; 80 liter water heater for 4 showers, without waiting, one after the other; Efficient and very silent Viessmann air conditioners, positioned in strategic places from which the flow of cold / hot air is not directly; Oven Grill / Microwave, for quick lunches or for the convenience of the little ones; Smart TV 49 '', connected to the Internet, with Youtube service, NetFlix, etc. and positioned in front of the eye; Comfortable glass shower enclosure, size 70x90; Fridge / Freezer and induction hobs. Breakfast outside the facility. The rooms are located in a 4-level condominium building, on the second floor, which is accessed via a characteristic staircase from the 1800s, in marble almost with a single ramp. The building does not have an elevator (to be taken into account if there is a lot of luggage to climb). Since this is not a hotel but a "holiday home", porterage or other typical hotel services are not available, furthermore the room must be delivered and returned as at check-in with the exception of cleaning and washing linen which are already included in the price. In the municipality of Cefalù there is separate waste collection, therefore guests are required to separate waste in the special containers made available in the rooms. At check-out, waste must be taken to the municipal collection center 300 meters from the property.
