"La Casetta di Borghesiana is a small apartment on the ground floor with private entrance, comfortable and equipped with all comforts in a recently built building. The house consists of a comfortable living area with sofa and a functional kitchen overlooking the small private garden, a bedroom and bathroom with shower. La Casetta di Borghesiana is located in a quiet area close to all services (bar, market, bank, pharmacy, pizzeria, tobacconist, pub and much more.) The Metro C stop is just a 7-minute walk from the house. With the Metro you can reach the center of Rome in about 1/2 hour.
From the "Casetta di Borghesiana" it is possible to visit the center of Rome while remaining away from the chaos of the cities. The center of Rome can be reached in just half an hour by subway. Nearby are the famous Roman castles (Frascati, Monte Porzio Catone, Castel Gandolfo, Nemi, Grottaferrata)
